  • Inside Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through warm calling and follow-up communication.
    • Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales role.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

  • Outside Sales Representative

    Overview

    This position with Pango Sales, Inc. requires a highly motivated individual who is disciplined, well organized, works well with people on all levels, understands the need to become fully educated on all Pango core product lines, and is committed to developing and managing a territory focusing on revenue and profitability growth while maintaining the highest level of integrity and work ethic.


    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers in the assigned territory, including securing orders, order tracking, communicating between office staff and customers, and managing order cycles.
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Prospect potential customers and develop professional relationships to grow the territory.
    • Meet monthly sales goals.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Serve as liaison between customer and back office staff to facilitate order fulfillment.
    • Set follow-up appointments, both in person and virtually, to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
    • Set up weekly and monthly territory management and travel schedules to optimize time and development.
    • Travel to customer locations within the territory to perform inventory counts.
    • Assess annual performance and forecast future growth based on multiple factors, including but not limited to factoring price increases, assessing lead times, analyzing growth potential within existing accounts, and evaluating potential new business acquisitions.
    • Attend vendor training sessions as required to learn about new and existing products.
    • Attend monthly sales meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Prefer 2-5 years of industry-related industrial packaging sales experience.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to work closely with multiple departments, both internally and externally.
    • Strong negotiating skills.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
